Once an offer has been accepted seller and buyer will be given your own sales progressor who will keep you informed every step of the way.

We will then appoint one of our recommended solicitors to act on your behalf Free of charge. All of our panel solicitors work on a no sale no fee basis so even if the purchase does not proceed to completion there are no feew due from you.
